My opinion 

 In my job I have to follow a schedule, the entrance is at 7 am because the production team is awaiting our arrival and I have to develop several tasks before entering the recording studio. 

For example, I have to have a meeting with all the crew to tell them how the day's work is going to be, the scenes that are more complicated and in which we are going to take longer than usual. 

In addition to this meeting I have to talk to the actors, suggesting that they should be quiet on the sets. 

This at the beginning of the day; we also have to start at the agreed time because we have to shoot many scenes in a span of 12 hours a day. 

When we are in the middle of the morning the company gives us a snack at which time the crew takes a break and relaxes for 20 minutes.  

I must make a couple of short and quick meetings with the crew heads to be able to move forward with the recording plans for the following days. 

So the morning goes by between recordings, orders, runs, after being in this amount of stress I have to stop for the crew to take their lunch time by suggestion of the company we have an hour and ten minutes and time in which we all share in the cafeteria of the company.  

I think that the company should also have a cafeteria and some spaces to share and rest after finishing lunch because with the long days of recording we should have more playful spaces. 

In the recordings I have to meet all the goals set by the president of the company, so I have to put the whole team to work as fast as they can work is something overwhelming for one and very exhausting for the crew is what we must do to complete the tasks assigned.
